We want you to love your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Jewelry is delicate enough without having to survive a return trip without its original packaging.
